Word. I'm trying to write something in the next seven days lol. I like the Ravel/Debussy dichotomy here; you being Ravel who took forever to write any...

Nah, just a riff on the sophomore slump notion. The gifted child with a 4.0 GPA who ends up working at McDonalds. (disclaimer, lest you think I'm poki...

"Gifted child" maybe?
June 17, 2022 at 03:35
Some of us are dumb. You entering a story?
June 17, 2022 at 03:33

Never understood the chicken tenders craze. Give me bone-in wings any day so I can feel like a rabid animal as I eat them.

I think you should; the more the merrier.

June 16, 2022 at 22:09
I’m planning on submitting, but I haven’t started writing yet. :groan:

C'mon now lad, dust off all the filth and add some 2x4's at the cornerstone. Some elbow grease will surely prop'er up to a strong outhouse.
June 14, 2022 at 04:06
On the salad scale I would rate it medium-low. Was this a ploy to alert us that you're now a mod?
June 14, 2022 at 03:58
Where’s @"Amity"?
June 13, 2022 at 17:41
How’s everyone fairing? I have an idea that’s been marinating for awhile, but I’ve been out of town. Will start next week.

Returning Jesus in general has more of a Talk Talk vibe for me. To each their own. Cool New Grass sample in this track (last off topic track I promise...

Don't know them but appears to be something that I need to check out. On the list it goes. In the spirit of unbearably poignant nostalgia, this is pro...

In retrospect No-Man would probably be my favorite project of his, maybe aside from Bass Communion. I like No-Man, although it does have recently-wido...

Good idea.

Ironically I've listened to this one, since I used to be a Wilson-head back in high school. I suppose I can give it a shot. I'm not really sure how po...

I'm currently eating Goya black beans.
June 08, 2022 at 02:00
A pinch of cloves goes a long way. Say yes to beans.
June 08, 2022 at 01:19
Oh right, erm, I'll probably have plain whole fat yogurt for breakfast, and maybe some whole wheat chex if I'm feeling famished. With coffee, or maybe...

Herzog I don't know, but my slice of the wine pie tends towards both an old world focus, as well as the more "natural", hipster side of things. The "l...

Anyway I retook the MBTI out of monday night boredom and came up with an even stronger INFP rating than ever. Just waiting for @"Clarky"'s result.

In my cloistered bubble, we often know the vineyard from which the grapes come. :grimace:

I've never had it. :meh:

Should you choose to drink anything other than Cocobon, I can recommend literally any other wine to pair with your meal.
June 07, 2022 at 05:49
I'll pretend I didn't see it.
June 07, 2022 at 05:36
You live in a small town in France and you drank a shitty California red blend with your Italian tortellini dinner?

Why choose to broadcast our weaknesses rather than our strengths?
June 07, 2022 at 05:20
Do you feel 50% rational and 50% irrational at the moment?
June 07, 2022 at 05:18
True for me, but not convinced it's universal. My old buddy could house drinks and remain rational, but he was an INTJ, if you believe in that sort of...
June 07, 2022 at 05:14
Depends on how much if any wine has been served post-luncheon.
June 07, 2022 at 05:06
You strike me as an INTP.
June 07, 2022 at 04:56
Well never mind then. We're all unrealistic idealists, not hard-nosed rational philosophers...?
June 07, 2022 at 04:54
:chin: By the way, I'm an INFP; probably a minority on the forum. A big ball of unruly emotions. But as @"Tom Storm" alluded to, Meyers Briggs isn't e...

The ballots are in the box, but whether the ratios of great, good, and decent were correct is another question.

The buns are in the oven, but whether the ratios of salt, fat, and protein are correct is another question.

Such a hipster. Was the author from Ohio?
June 04, 2022 at 20:14
Not at all; I'd rather speak with yourself than most of the young geniuses found hereabouts.
