Why are the times on this site so screwed up?

It's odd that I put up a post, and right away it says 3 hours ago. This has been going on for some time now. I had one post about a month ago which went right away to 6 days ago.

To think of good times, bad times;

Maybe the computer clock of one

I don't spend much time on time
I would rather make it rhyme
Than fret, and kick and punch and bite
The topic of time, all the time.
