Summaries of Adamson's "History of Philosophy Without Any Gaps"?

Hi all,

I've been reading/listening to Professor Adamson's "History of Philosophy Without Any Gaps" series intermittently for the past 6-8 months and am wondering if anyone would happen to have any notes/summaries that I could use as a supplement/refresher.

Thanks in advance!
