Bio

I have been the "polymath gadfly" of UC-Berkeley for a long time. Since 2000 I have been doing research into a general mathematical theory of reality. I have been an autodidact since the McCarthy era. As a child from a socialist family I wanted to "know how the world worked" both in the sense of political machinations and in the sense of cosmology. Schools favored ignorance over such knowledge, so I studied before and after school.
