Donnie Darko.

It's been a while since I saw that movie. I think I will rewatch it soon with the directors cut as it's more lucid and clear in that version.

What's the general consensus about it? I find it hard to put out of my mind and often return to the troubled persona portrayed in that film.

Something about it resonates with me in terms of my favorite part of the Bible relating to the book of Job.

Anyhow, I'm interested in what other people think about it and not my own interpretation.

Thanks.

I can't remember much about it at this point other than I quite enjoyed it. I only saw it once. I should watch it again too.

The vast majority of films I watch I only see once, by the way, and I've seen thousands and thousands of films in my life--for decades, I've watched maybe 500 films per year on average. So most of them I can't recall in much detail.
