Who coined the term 'virtue ethics'?

Hi All -- I wonder if anyone can help me with this. I'm writing an article on virtue ethics and have got the usual early contributions covered, but I can't work out who began calling the approach advocated by Anscombe, Williams, Macintyre et al 'virtue ethics'. Does anyone know? TIA
