Are we entitled to have children?

In another thread, a claim was made that we are entitled to have children. Are we? This is a commonly believed idea, whether stated in these terms or not. But is it well-justified? What are your thoughts on the matter?

I am not interested in this thread in getting into a discussion about antinatalism, about why life isn't worth living and the like. Let's look more closely at this particular claim that we have a right to reproduce, and at the whole concept of entitlements or rights, the belief in which I think might be worth examining.
