Why was I banned

My online name is SteveKlinko. I created a new name SteveKlinko2 because there seemed to be no way to communicate with anybody with my original Account. My original account was banned and it must be a mistake. If not, why was I banned. I will delete SteveKlinko2 after I get a resolution to this.
