Why can't religious texts be used to construct computers/forums etc?

VoidDetector December 07, 2018 at 18:53 2450 views 5 comments
Religious texts contain zero scientific equations and notations (and can't be used to build modern technology), whereas modern science books do, and can be used to build technology/modern medicine etc.

I ponder if some theists don't think about why religious texts can't be used to build computers.

You'd probably have some difficulty building a computer with a marine biology textbook, too.

Why limit yourself to just one science book or document?

Reply to VoidDetector I think his point was that religion’s purpose isn’t to build computers, just as it isn’t the domain of marine biology. Why limit yourself to just reading and studying science? Ever read fiction, for example?
