Principle of Bipolarity

Please take a moment and see the attached analysis of the principle of bipolarity.

It's intriguing because Wittgenstein was preemptively using the Principle of Bipolarity as a refutation of the verificationist principle proposed by the logical positivists. In essence, it can be said that the Principle of Bipolarity is a form of the Popperian falsicationalist principle.

I don't know why Wittgenstein was so opposed to Popper, given that he professed the Principle of Bipolarity in the Tractatus (arguably).

Thoughts?

In my mind, it significantly changes how I view Wittgenstein.
