Which University to join?

Hello Philosophical community,

I would like to hear your opinions about what University to join for a postgraduate degree ‘in philosophy of mind’.
You might think that the question is wrong. I will change it a bit. Do you know a good professor of philosophy of mind?
By good I mean publications, willingness to help etc. If the University is good, and also the professor, it would be a great opportunity to follow.
I further want to pursue a PhD ‘at distance’ because of social obligations. If you know a professor who gives supervision like that please reply.
