How might one go about publising an original article here on the forum?

This question is directed to the moderators. I would like to publish an article here on the forum. I have not submitted it elsewhere for publication and would like it published here as it pertains to (and hopefully might contribute to) many of the on-going debate threads in respect of Determinism and QM.
