Interesting assumptions, interesting question. But say more about what you consider "justice" and a "just society" and how far (or near) we are from it.
One reason we may or may not live in a just society is that my idea of justice might be different than yours. You may think society just, I may not.

Basically, we, as humans, cannot agree on anything. That’s why. Oh, and we hate each other too much.
Reply to possiblyarguing Justice remains nearly impossible for humans to achieve due to a perverted sense of justice. Many do not see injustice where it exists or chose to ignore it for the sake of peace. In some cases, mercy and grace are shown, neither of which is "just".
