Is truth-by-default is a game changer?

This article was published recently claiming that an Intelligence Algorithm has been derived from a type of philosophy which has never been considered before. That is, the most intelligent way to determine if something is right is to begin with truth-by-default above a "contradiction process" because it creates a bias in favor of innate mentality (i.e. children are inclined to believe what they are first told).

With this approach there will always be a definitive outcome without involving the bias of a judge or opinion tallies. Open Source software has been developed around this creating a platform for debate which is said to yield unambiguous and unanimous outcomes.

I'm interested to know how others feel about this. Do you think that this is really a game changer?
