Thought about it for a bit, trying to create a simple utmost truth regarding human identity or rather the self.

"Who art thou but universal conclusion"

I'm not sure of the quality of it, as seen by others.

It's nice, but it applies to everything. It is another way of saying that the universe is constantly evolving into the universe.
